BRC will have to submit its report in 15 days after inspection of any school after validation application. If the application is more pending and BRC does not submit its report within the time limit then action can be taken against it.
If anyone wants to open a new private school from 2021-2022, then it is mandatory to apply for recognition according to the pre-determined procedure. If a school wants to increase the class, then for class 8th they also have to apply under the process itself. All these applications will be done online.
The last date for application is 30 January. BRC will have to inspect and report within 15 days of the arrival of the application. After the BRC report, the District Education Officer will have to resolve the recognition application cases within 45 working days. If the DEO rejects the validation application, then the concerned institution can appeal to the collector in 45 days. After this, in 15 days, the collector will dispose of the appellate application.
One year old in recognition of pre-run schools: Private schools which are already running and their recognition ends on 31 March 2021. The recognition of those schools has been increased by one year. There is no need to apply for renewal of accreditation by these schools by 31 March 2022. This order has been issued by Lokesh Kumar Jatav, Commissioner of the State Education Center.
