A review meeting of NITI Aayog’s indices took place at the Collectorate Auditorium on Friday under the chairmanship of DM Seshamani Pandey. Expressing displeasure at the absence of DoT officials in the meeting, the DM directed the government to write a letter. At the same time, the CDO instructed to take action if the progress of the works of the Department of Education and Child Development is not well.
In the meeting, DM asked the concerned officials regarding NITI Aayog to send the compliance report immediately. He asked the people of Piramal organization to contact the departments and get information about the relevant points in time. He said that the departments which have been given funds for development from NITI Aayog should immediately give the consumption certificate.
Said that progress of works of Education and Child Development Department is not good. CDO instructed Amit Aseri to take action against him if progress is not made within three days. He instructed all the officials to increase progress in the points on which the progress is low. So that the ranking of the district is not reduced.
