The matter of postponing the election of Jat educational institution has reached the High Court. The petition has been filed in the High Court by the Panchayati Panel consisting of two ministers and various political parties. The case will be heard on 28 January.

The Panchayati panel was continuously accused of adjourning the elections to the JJP. In this regard, a meeting was also held on January 18 at the residence of former minister Kanwal Singh, in which the stalwarts of all parties, except JJP, came together and took many important decisions.

Hearing on 2 February in the Registrar’s Office, the
matter reached the State Registrar’s Office after allegations of irregularities during election in Ward 1 in the Jat institution’s collegium election. The case has been heard twice there. Now the date of next hearing has been kept on 2 February. Several Collegiums of the institution have been upset over the postponement and adjudication of the election of the Jat educational institution by the Registrar’s Office and are blaming the JJP.

Demand to repeal ad hoc committee
Advocate Yogesh Sihag said that in the matter of postponement of elections, the Chief Minister will also be met. They will be demanded to repeal the ad hoc committee (Adhoc Committee), hold elections soon and stop political interference within the institution. Along with this, a committee of academics will also be formed for the development of the educational institution and the upcoming vision.

Tell that in the Panchayati panel, former Minister Kanwal Singh, former Finance Minister Prof. Sampat Singh, former Vice Chancellor of HAU Prof. KK Khokhar, IAS Yudhveer Khyalia, Gulab Singh, Bhupendra Duhan, INLD’s Krishna Godara, Sushil Lamba, Ajit Litani, former chairman Dr. Rajendra Sura, Thambu Ram, former head tech Chand Kundu, Mahendra Dudi, Bhupendra Doody, Advocate Yogesh Sihag Many veterans are involved.
