The Allahabad High Court has directed Secretary Basic Education Council Prayagraj Pratap Singh Baghel to file an affidavit or appear after following the order to appoint the selected candidates to the remaining 22211 posts in 68500 Assistant Teacher Recruitment. Along with this,
a show cause notice has been asked why contempt proceedings should not be taken against them. The court considered the contempt of the order of 22 October 19 as prima facie contempt. This order has been given by Justice Saral Shrivastava on contempt petition of Rekha Shakya and others. The next hearing of the petition will be on 17 February.
