The transfer of students from Sagar International College (SIC) has been done for bringing fake letter of recognition of Bar Council of India (BCI), but till now Devi Ahilya University (DAVV) has not taken any action against the college. Regarding this, the student organization complained to the Vice Chancellor Dr. Renu Jain and has demanded to register an FIR on the college. In response, the Vice Chancellor refused to give affiliation to the college.
Process is underway to transfer 43 students from SIC in Dhar to different colleges. National Students Council student leader Himanshu Joshi met Vice Chancellor Dr. Renu Jain and said that the college has cheated students. In 2018-19, students enrolled in BALB (Hons) here. Till now the fourth semester examination was to be held, but all these students have not been able to clear even the first semester.
Apart from money, a lot of students’ time has been wasted. Even if the college has refunded the fees of some students on pressure, the university has not yet registered any case on the college for giving fake documents. The university should immediately complain to the police for cheating and misrepresenting documents against the college. Which will teach such colleges a lesson.
The Vice Chancellor in the case says that he will not issue further affiliations to the college. To this, student leader Himanshu said that the management has applied for the closure of the college. In such a situation, there is no question of giving affiliation. On the other hand, students are preparing to complain to the police for action on management.
