The Madrasa science teachers may have been getting the state money, but the central funds have not been received for the last nearly five years. More than 40 madrasas in the district have been closed in about five years due to the unseen neglect of madrasas at the government level. Most of these closed madrasas are now run with the recognition of CBSE or ICSE. Madrasa teachers are also engaged in other tasks to make a living.
Under Madrasa, under the modern education, the graduate teachers get two thousand rupees and the post-graduate teachers get three thousand rupees, while the central graduate teachers get six thousand rupees and post-graduate teachers get 12 thousand rupees. Madrasa teachers do not get livelihood due to the small amount of the state. The number of such teachers is around 68.
There are 42 madrasas in the district. A total of 42 madrasas are being operated in the district including subsidized and non-subsidized. Science, English and mathematics teachers are posted in all madrasas. In this, some amount is given to them as honorarium from state and some centrality. They are getting the amount of the state, but in the last five years, they have got only 77 days of center.
There is a lot of anger among the teachers about this. The kingdom also did not come after the month of August.
Out of the last five years, they have got only 77 days of center. Voices were raised for this several times, but no hearing is being held. There is a lot of problem due to lack of centrality. They are doing their livelihood by doing other things. Many madrasas have closed due to lack of help. Mohammad Arif, Quraysh seminary
Madrasa is constantly being ignored. State does not get time. There is very little to be found. There are teachers, so they cannot do everything. Because teachers have different identity in the society. Therefore teaching is done only by teaching tuition. -Emraan Aziz, Quraysh seminary
Student attendance is extremely low due to undercurrent of madrasas. There are no efforts to upgrade madrasas. Madrasa teachers are facing a period of crisis. -Mohammad Asif, Manager, Madrasa Gulshan-e-Uluf
is a matter of the whole state, the center is not coming so payment has not been made. Teachers will be paid as soon as the amount comes from the central government –
Jitendra Kumar, District Minority Welfare Officer
