The list of inter-state transfers has arrived and the process will be completed between February 1 and 5. 423 teachers of this district have got a chance to go to desired districts. They will be relieving from Monday. On the other hand, the number of teachers who migrate from different districts to come here is 586, who will join on 4th and 5th February. They have also received instructions to allot school on 5 February itself.
For almost two months, the inter-departmental transfer process has been waiting for completion in the Basic Education Department. 1055 teachers of the district had applied online for inter-district transfer. During verification and counseling 264 applications were rejected.
Online feeding was done accepting the remaining 791 applications. These teachers came to know the online status of the transfer, but the department had not received any list or guidelines. Due to this, the teachers were going round the BRC and BSA office. Now the Department of Basic Education has got the list of inter-state transfers. This has brought relief to the teachers.
Women are the largest number of transfer teachers applying for more inter-district transfers. 791 applications from this district were approved and fed online, out of which 423 teachers have been successful. Of the 423 teachers transferred from this district, the number of women is 281 while the number of men is 142. Similarly, there are 586 teachers transferred from other districts, including 451 women and 135 men.
The number more and time got less
Only two days (1-2 February) relieving and two days (4-5 February) joining have been scheduled for inter-state transfers. The school allocation process also has to be completed on the last day i.e. February 5. The number of teachers going from here or the number of teachers coming from outside, both are very high. In such a situation, it is difficult to complete the process in just two-two days. There will be a gathering of teachers in the BSA office from morning to late evening for the next five days. A similar situation will be seen in block resource centers.
Three letters have to be made for relieving.
District Basic Education Officer Anand Prakash Sharma has said that teachers will get work certificate from their school headmaster and get a payable certificate, which will have to be countersigned by the Block Education Officer. For discharge, copies of the documents have to be prepared in triplicate, including copies of all academic-fortnightly certificates, first appointment, assignment number, promotion order, promotion charge report, photocopy of salary release order, non-payment certificate, photocopy of online inter-branch transfer order. Will be involved. Two copies will be submitted to the BSA office, while the third copy will remain with the teacher. The BSA had sent these guidelines to all block education officers four days earlier.
