Appeal for removal of stay on further action
On Monday, the Special Judge Akhilesh Kumar of Dhanbad MP-MLA Court of Dhanbad was heard on the application for removal of the postponement action against the state’s Education Minister Jagarnath Mahato in a embezzlement case in Jharkhand Commerce Inter College Dumri. The court has fixed February 15 for hearing after hearing the arguments of advocates Vineet Vats, Amit Sinha and Badal Paswan. On January 29, the complainant of the case, Deglal Ram, filed an application in the court and prayed for the stay order.
