These organizations say that their pending demands are constantly being ignored. If the demands are not met soon, the teachers associated with the organization will be bound for the movement, but before the teacher agitation, the government stopped the strike in all categories of services related to the department.
The order states that the Governor exercising the power under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Maintenance of Essential Services Act, 1966, for a period of six months from the date of publication of this order, the Uttarakhand School Education Department in which the Uttarakhand Vidyalaya The Education Council is also involved in prohibiting all classes of strike.
