Himachal Online Education is preparing to change the way online education is conducted in state government schools. Teachers will teach children through the online medium, like the classroom. For this, online mediums including Zoom App, Google Meat will be used. The responsibility of all teachers, including the school principal, will be fixed. Every teacher will teach his subject like a class. Blackboard will also be used in studies. Its purpose is to have direct communication between students and teachers. The education department had sought suggestions to make teachers ‘and parents’ education online better. More than 2500 suggestions have come to the department.In this, most of them have talked about making online studies more better.
The State Teachers Association also discussed this issue in a meeting with the Education Minister. After which the minister has asked the department to work on it. Union President Virender Chauhan said that children should also get a chance to ask their questions in studies only then they will be able to understand well.
Recorded videos are sent now
Till now children are studied under every home school. SSA has prepared the syllabus for this. It is sent daily on WhatsApp of teachers. The teachers forward it to the children. The worksheet is also checked daily in the evening. If the students do not understand anything, then they can call and ask the teacher about it. These recordings are videos. Teachers also want them to communicate with children daily so that their doubts can be overcome. However, some teachers of the state have started efforts in this regard at their level.
Director Higher Education Dr. Amarjeet Sharma said that there have been many suggestions to make online education more better. Soon, instructions will be issued by the department in this regard. He said that teachers are also making various efforts at their level which is commendable.
