The Supreme Court of the country has issued a notice to the Education Officers of Rajasthan for not following the order. The notice issued by the Supreme Court has asked why contempt proceedings should not be taken against him for not complying with his order of 2019. This institute used to get 70 percent assistance from the government. But in view of the constantly decreasing number of students, it was decided to close the institute and the Education Department was also asked not to provide assistance. The institute was closed but the arrears of teachers were not paid. After which these teachers approached the tribunal for their arrears of salary and allowances. The institute was also asked by the tribunal to pay the outstanding salaries of the teachers. After which the teachers were given their outstanding salary. Later in the month of September 2019, the Supreme Court ordered the Rajasthan Education Department to give back 70 percent of the amount to the institute.

At the same time, advocate Dushyant Parasar, appearing for the institute, said in the Supreme Court that even after sending legal notices twice, the Education Department has not given any reply. For this reason, he has now filed a contempt petition. Parasara also said that this deliberate order is not being followed. After hearing the arguments of advocate Dushyant Parasar presented by the institute, the Supreme Court has issued a contempt notice against the Rajasthan Education Officers.
