All girls above five years of age should be enrolled in class I. Under the leadership of the headmaster, all the teachers of the school will prepare a class wise list of those girls, who have dropped out of school. After knowing the reason behind these girls dropping out of school, instructions have been given to continuously track them and connect them with the mainstream of education. For re-enrollment of dropout girls, teachers will visit their homes or contact their parents to motivate them to enroll their daughters in the school. If the girl is in any problem, she will be helped. If one or both of the parents of a girl child has died, then under the UP Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana, efforts will be made to get the benefit of the children.
All BSAs have been directed to give the responsibility of supporting Meena Manch and Power Angel by keeping in constant touch with the concerned girl child. It has also been asked to honor the headmaster, facilitator and power angel of such schools in the district, Those who have solved the serious problems of 10 or more girls and connected them with the main stream of education. Parents and guardians have also been directed to organize Mohalla meetings to motivate them for girl child education.
