while in relation to the reopening of other educational institutions, the Education Minister said that it will be done in phases. The minister said that universities and colleges will reopen in the first phase, high schools will be opened in the second phase. and in the last phase the primary school and middle school will be reopened. Along with this, he said that the consent of the parents would be mandatory to send their children to school and classes would be conducted every other day. He also said that the schools will be instructed to follow the Kovid-19 safety guidelines issued by the central government.
Schools and colleges are also closed in Bihar due to the Kovid epidemic.
