
In Bihar, the government has started preparations to crack down on private elementary schools from class I to VIII. According to the instructions issued, it has been made mandatory for such schools to take permission before 31 December 2021. Now such private schools will not operate without permission. In this regard, instructions have been issued by the Bihar Education Department to all the District Education Officers.
Schools found already permitted will have to upload documents
You can apply for private school affiliation from the education department’s e-sambandhan or edu-online bihar.gov.in. What is the status of updated after application, it will also be made available on this portal. Under the new system, schools already granted permission will have to upload documents online. This work has to be completed by 30 September.
The Education Department has clearly asked all the districts to ensure the issuance of QR code certificate of permission to all private elementary schools before December 31. Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary has said that all private elementary schools have to get permission under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act.
Actually, the government has abolished the offline system related to the connection. Those whose offline applications are pending also have to apply online through e-affiliation portal. Guidelines have been issued in this regard.
