Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has said that a National Achievement Survey will be conducted in November to assess the training achievement of school students. NCERT has asked all the students of government and private schools to participate in this survey. Earlier such survey was conducted in 2017 and 2018 also.
The Education Minister said that in 2017, the students of classes 1st, 3rd, 5th and 8th were surveyed. Whereas in 2018 the students of class X were included. In this survey, online studies will also be assessed due to the closure of educational institutions for one and a half years due to Corona epidemic.

Prime Minister Modi will address the nation on July 29 regarding the reforms made in one year under the NEP. During this, the Prime Minister will discuss the progress after the implementation of the NEP as well as share the blueprint of future projects.
He admitted that education has been affected due to the closure of educational institutions due to the global pandemic. After August 15, he will hold a virtual meeting with the officials of all the states on online education, related problems, skill development, employment etc. “Education is of course a state subject, but the Center will help them overcome their problems,” he said. In this, information will also be taken on the opening of educational institutions.
