In which it was said that till the situation of corona infection becomes normal and schools do not open, a big television should be installed in all gram panchayats to teach children online. Which can be put in an open space or a large auditorium. Where children deprived of smart phones or TVs can come and do their studies at the scheduled time.

The special thing is that the committee took this initiative regarding online education after a recent report revealed that only 30 percent of the children have access to smart phones or internet. In such a situation, other children are not getting education.
It was only after this that the committee called for complete details related to online studies from the ministry. After which half a dozen states showing laxity in online studies were also summoned in the first phase. In the coming days, some more states will also be summoned in this matter.
Half a dozen states including UP, Bihar agree to use satellite channel facility
In this meeting chaired by senior BJP leader and Chairman of Parliamentary Committee Dr. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, the committee also suggested using satellite channel facility to make online education accessible to all. Also consulted ISRO and Prasar Bharati on this. The special thing is that with the help of ISRO, satellite channel facility is provided for education. Information was taken from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, Arunachal Pradesh and Telangana, summoned for showing laxity in online education.
They were asked why they are not using the satellite channel facility. On this, the states assured that they would start it soon.
Evaluation will be done by new pattern if there is no examination in 2022
During this, the committee also asked questions from the Ministry of Education regarding the preparations for the 2022 examinations. On which the ministry said that if the situation remains normal then there will be examinations. Despite this, this time a new process of evaluation is being worked out, which will be used in case of non-examination. It will be kept ready in advance so that later confusion does not arise.
