The All India Parents Association {AIPA-IPA} has suggested to the Union Education Minister that CBSE’s 10th and 12th class board exams should be conducted in May 2021. IPA’s suggestion came in response to Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank’s demand in which he had asked parents, students and teachers to suggest when and how to conduct CBSE Board 10th and 12th examinations.
In its suggestion sent to the Union Education Minister, IPA said that schools have been closed since March 2020 due to infection of Corona virus Kovid-19. Due to which the studies of 10th and 12th have been disrupted. In view of this, board examinations should be conducted in May 2021. Students of other classes should be promoted to the next classes without examination.
The All India Parents Association {AIPA} wrote a letter to the Union Minister of Education and the Chairman of the CBSE, saying that this would give students full time to prepare for the exam. Apart from this, students of other classes who have studied online or not, should be promoted to the next class. Along with this, the academic session 2021-22 should be started from July 2021.
State General Secretary of IPA Haryana, Dr. Manoj Sharma has said that most of the students are not aware of the changes made in the course and syllabus. First of all, there is a need to make students aware of the changes made in the question papers and exam pattern. All schools are closed since March 2020 due to Corona virus infection. And it is also predicted that the situation will not be good. In such a situation, examinations should be held in May and education session should start from July 2021.
