New session will start from July
Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma has informed that a State Level Curriculum Committee was constituted under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary Higher Education. Now the Higher Education Department has uploaded the syllabus for different subjects on the website and suggestions have been sought till 20 February. All the universities will have to apply 30% change in the syllabus from 2021-22 session. Let me tell you, this session is going to start from July.
This new change in the curriculum
It has been learned by the Additional Chief Secretary of Higher Education Department that from now on, the children will have to choose a main subject in addition to the two main subjects of their faculty. Also, students have to select a Vocational Subject and essentially a Co-Educatoional Subject as per their choice.

According to the information, the first unit of all the subjects will be about the Indian knowledge tradition of the subject concerned.
