Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank responded to many questions asked on NEET 2021, JEE 2021 and board exams on Thursday. He came live and answered questions from students and parents through a webinar. Replying to a student’s question, he said that NEET 2021 exam will not be postponed. There is no subject to postpone this exam yet.
He said that it makes sense to post the dates of NEET exam. This is the reason why we made three changes in the last NEET exam date. We increased centers for examinations and 99 percent students were given centers as per their wish.
Date of JEE 2021 will be confirmed soon. When a student asked him questions about the date of JEE Main 2021 exam, he said that we will try to ensure the date of conducting JEE 2021 exam soon. On the question of conducting NEET 2021 online or offline mode, he said that till now we have taken NEET exam in offline mode.
Have done the JEE exam online. Haven’t done Neet online. But we will consider this suggestion. On the question asked about postponement of CBSE examination in absence of practical class, the Education Minister said that the CBSE Board, which consists of practicals, is at the school level. If there is a situation that you are not able to go to the lab of the school for practical, then it will be difficult to conduct the examination, we will consider it.
