The role of teachers is the most important in career building. Teachers in the temple of education provide a platform that helps us choose a career. Our decision gives a new flight to ability and independence. Their only goal is to always take the students to the top of success. Purushottam Salodkar, head of the first foundation’s automatic center, said this while addressing the M.Ed. trainees online at the conclusion of the career counseling workshop.
A two-day career counseling workshop was organized by the Institute of Advanced Education Studies (IASE) and Pratham Foundation. 50 MAd trainees participated in this camp organized through virtual medium. Center head Purushottam further said in his address that teacher’s role is very important in life. Whatever the time has been, we have learned from most gurus in our lives. Whether it is our parents, elder siblings, other family members and sometimes even relatives have played the role of Guru.
In the workshop, beauty center head Devi Shankar Dubey gave detailed information about the type of counseling, group and counseling and career planning. Career Guidance in-charge Dr. Rajni Yadav said that along with studies, teachers should provide career related information to the children so that the children can easily choose their path in future. Ramakanti Sahu, Manoj Singh explained the challenges between career building after 10th and 12th grade.

ISE Principal Dr. Nishi Bhambri gave special guidance regarding the workshop. The M.Ed. first semester apprentices apprised themselves of vocational training in two days. The teachers of the institute were also given training related to children’s education and future construction and to provide employment opportunities.
