The District Education Officer constituted a six-member committee and examined six private schools and buses on Tuesday. Three of the schools were running below class eight.
Apart from this, the Education Department stopped a private school bus passing through Camry Road and checked the bags of the students, in which books of private publishers were confirmed and classes were confirmed. Seeing the violation of the rules, the District Education Officer sent notices to the four private school operators on the spot and soon issued orders to present their side. If he did not give his favor, the recommendation to cancel the recognition would be sent to the headquarters.
The teacher, who had left the class
in a hurry, checked the bags, and when the team from the Education Department arrived in private schools, the first to the 8th grades were appearing. Seeing the noise, the teacher who was teaching inside the classroom left the classroom. The team then checked the students’ bags, which found books from first to eighth grade. By then private school heads had also reached there, but no one got a satisfactory reply in this regard, after which the team issued notices to the four school operators.
Many private schools open on Wednesday as well
Despite the official holiday of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Jayanti, many private schools appeared open on Wednesday. There were three private schools in Sector-14 and several private schools in New Model Town, including Rajgarh Road. There are strict orders from the Directorate of Education that if private school operators open schools even after declaring government holiday, then fine and recognition of one lakh can be canceled on such schools.
