A central control room has been set up to monitor the status of online education in UP board schools. All 1079 schools in the district have been connected here. A committee has also been formed under the chairmanship of Assistant District School Inspector KK Tripathi to oversee the operation of the control room.
Nodal principals affiliated with control room
District school inspector RN Vishwakarma said that to make online education effective, one nodal has been nominated on every 10 schools. A total of 105 nodals have been made. Earlier, 22 nodal principals were also formed at the development block level. All are directly connected to the control room. He will give daily reports of where the reading is being done and where it is not. The responsibility of monitoring schools in Gangapar, Yamunapar and Sadar area has been given to Dr. BS Yadav, KK Tripathi and Dr. Prabhakar Tripathi respectively.
Overall three-tier monitoring is being done. The CUG number of Joint Education Director Prayagraj Mandal for inspection has also been included in this arrangement.

District school inspector RN Vishwakarma said that he would supervise the online education of a school daily. By joining the group of the concerned school, students will also get information about their studies.
The system of drop box in the school will be fixed
Drop boxes are also being kept in all schools as before. Instructions have been given that the parents will put in the questions of the children and after completing the practice assignments given by the teacher.
The school teacher will examine it and write the answers to the questions and put them in the second box on the scheduled date. Parents will come to school and take him. This sequence will be maintained so that teachers’ dialogue with students is maintained.
