Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Tuesday reviewed the progress of Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum (EMC). He said that after joining this scheme, all the teachers would be able to share all the information about their students in real time. Also, it will be a good learning opportunity for the students as well. This will also enable them to understand the requirements of the market which are needed to be successful in the market.
He said that the aim of EMC is to build the mindset of our students. Schools, teachers and school heads need to accept EMC as a subject in their teaching learning process. It is not just a scheme or scheme but a subject which will give our students the necessary skills to face any challenge.
We have to take Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum very seriously and believe that it is a springboard through which students will shape their mindset and make better use of what they are learning. EMC as a subject will help the students to identify opportunities for themselves and make them successful in their career and life.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that under the seed-money project, earlier each children of class 11th and 12th were given seed money of Rs 1000 to start their own enterprise, but now the students are given their project prototype after getting approval. 2 thousand will be given.
