Regarding this, by June 30, all primary, middle, Zero balance will be made in 90 thousand separate accounts in high and higher secondary schools.
The amount of these accounts will be transferred to a single savings account to be opened at the state level. In order to keep track of the expenditure of the amount received from the center, now the state government will have to open such an account, which will be directly monitored by the center. After the instructions of the Central Government, the Finance Department has given instructions to all the Heads of Departments working as Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries and Budget Control Officers of all the departments.
