For innovation and improvement in online education, a webinar was organized at The E-Five School located in Garhi on June 5, 2021 under the direction and guidance of Director WIG Commander Ramesh. This webinar is a six week course. This course has been designed on the basis of four courses developed by the University of Michigan, USA. The main objective of this webinar was to share solutions to the problems related to online education. To solve these problems, the teachers of the school gave their own presentation.
By reducing the dependence of young children on mobile reading, exercise, music, Teaching should be done through painting and play. A balance should be struck between online education and assignment based learning to make teaching simple. To increase attendance in online classes, such students should be rewarded who have the highest weekly or monthly attendance. Sweet behavior to the teachers, pleasant and positive behavior towards the students as well as interesting teaching will be helpful in preventing the increasing irritability in the children.
