Board of Secondary Education (Mashim) Raipur has issued a new order regarding the 12th board examination. To overcome the shortage of supplementary answer book, now students will be able to use a four size blank paper at home. After this decision of the board, the students have got a big relief.
For the examination released by the board from June 1, five main and five supplementary answer books are being distributed to each candidate along with question paper. Meanwhile, many students have complained that their supplementary answer sheets are falling short. Keeping this problem of the children in mind, the board issued a new order on Thursday and gave relief. The copy of which has been made available to the District Education Department.
According to in-charge District Education Officer P Dasharathy, the facility has been given in view of the demand for supplementary answer book. According to which the student can use that supplementary answer book for the subject in which the student does not need more than one supplementary answer book.
If the student also falls short of five supplementary answer books, then the student will write the answer on a four size paper and submit it along with the main answer book. Such additional paper will have to be properly attached with the main answer book so that the additional paper is not separated from the main answer book. It may be mentioned that at present 257 schools have been made examination distribution centers in the district. 17 thousand 653 candidates are registered.
